no... it was my fault! i didn't know about flop sweat as an expression... i just checked flop and couldn't see the relation... so i missed the play on words...
the only image i saw was sweating because of a viral fever... and i felt there should be more in it...

It's meant to be a play on words, referring to the fact a virus makes us prone and sweaty, but it's not my best effort.
