by Francis Scudellari
In in-between spaces,
Neither lingers,
Becomes
Not-yet undone, half-grown
Still, caught up in
Being
But, impatient a-mounts,
Too something, takes
A-stride
Longing, perched-on thresholds
Of next, a-wait
Halted
Change spanned, pulls up behind,
Drops down a-head,
Empty
Fills gapped instance, ever-
Minded, restless
For now

My friend...it sounds like you are caught in limbo :-) Try something new. Like I've said to Mike, throw your work out there and gauge the responses.
I've noticed you've been visiting but never comment. Is it that you do not like my work? Your feedback is always valuable to me...whether positive or not.
Mike and I like your idea of a independent blog for the MW. He said he's going to work on it. Also, we are thinking about a simple symbol people can use to terminate each post with. What do you think? Any ideas from you would be appreciated.
Take care.
And yes, another wonderful poem from your creative brain.
beautiful...
Hi JD,
The limbo is something I'm feeling as much in my personal life as the writing. I also think it's an apt metaphor for where we are as a society ... caught up in old ways with an eye toward the future. I am a bit restless with the writing style though and will take your advice about throwing different stuff out there ... soon :).
I'm sorry for the lack of comments recently. It's not from lack of appreciation. I get a bit intimidated when there are so many already left. I feel challenged to say something interesting. I'll do a better job giving feedback going forward.
I like the idea of the symbol for those posts that are going to appear on the common blog, preferably linked to that site.
Thanks Kebelle!
