Hi Jena. Cassandra warned the Trojans to beware of "Greeks bearing gifts". She's symbolic of people who prophesy bad news. This isn't my best haiku, but it's meant to be a bit of commentary on our current political situation, where those who claim to speak for the people are treated like celebrities while those who speak out about the backward direction our society seems to be taking end up being shunned.
