Night for Day

prospector eyes pick
greedy to mine the sparkling
veins of nightly wealth

star-lit gold hoarded
hoping to barter one day
its priceless kisses

nice poem here! I can just see the prospector reaching up into the night sky and plucking stars and twinkles down to put them in a basket... only to lock them away...

hope you're well Francis

Thanks Jon... Our memory is a bit of a basket :).
