Swab of swirled scarlet

I don't know what the artistic merit of this drawing may be, but it appeals to me for some reason. It's a loose interpretation of the line "tall swab of swirled scarlet hair" from my poem Oranges for Three Loves.

The painting looks like an old woman who's also a snob. Someone that would guard the lady that the main character of the story is in love with.

Ok, I was just making that up. Cool painting, Francis!

@Zorlone I definitely made her less than pretty, but that's because I find her more interesting that way. And it's ok to make things up :)

red hair and the expression on her fac indicates that she was not happy about something, I guess?
