I've been a bit busy and haven't set aside the time to finish up my latest drawing. I thought it might be interesting, however, to show off what one of my sketches looks like before I begin adding the colors.
Here's my "Fractured Foot" in the nude. I like the starkness of it, so I'm glad I can capture it for posterity here before altering it on the page.

Looks great Francis! Your artwork (and writing) is so unique. Excellent work my friend.
Even without the colors, it's awesome! A true artist.
nakedly fantastic.
Yes, the title is so apt. It's brilliant. And do I see a hint (fracture) of pink going through the middle?
@JD I think I borrow enough elements from others that the combination becomes distinctive... it's all just a strange filtering of stimulus through my hungry mind. Hmmm, there may be a poem in that image :).
@Jena Thanks... I'm interested to see how drastically the coloring will change it. I think I'll stick with reds and pinks for this one.
@Zorlone It's always good when something looks equally good in the nude and dressed up :).
@Jakill I think the lighting in the room where I took the photograph somehow gave it a pink hue, but I'm definitely planning to go that direction for the actual coloring.
I rather like the austerity of it.
@Cooper Me too, that's why I worry a bit about coloring it in.
It's so beautiful looking like roses.:-)
