I continue to pay off my debt of owed illustrations with a quite literal drawing of a petal in coffee. I'm not sure this works entirely, but there are a few things I like about it.

Hi Francis I know you're busy my friend.
At the moment Mike and I are trying to revamp and rejuvenate the MW Society and determine whether we should terminate it or not. Could you please take the time to visit and vote? Thanks. Hope all is well. Take care. ~JD
Hola Francis! Bravo! The tears at the expense of love, some petals seem. Then, the tears paid for death? what seem? stones or sparks? Bravo Francis! ora lo copio nel mio blog! sarĂ ottimo volume, quello delle mie poesie con i Tuoi disegni! ;X
@Janna I started out with a much more brown coloring, but I thought that didn't look very appetizing. I'm a coffee person, so I'd definitely give it a try :).
@BC I voted not to end MWS, and I think most people are of that opinion. This drawing was definitely a bit different for me. I screwed up the perspective a bit and I think it would look better without the inner circle, so I may have to give it a second try.

i do like this drawing. Although you say it's literal, it doesn't have to be what it is.
Francis-
I put a link to your blog on my poetry site to help increase some readership. Go take a look. If you could return the favor, I'd appreciate.
All the best-

@JD I've cast my ballot, and it looks to be the majority opinion. Once I catch up on my drawing debt, I'll be writing/contributing more ... I promise.
@Hanna Love gives as good as it gets. I can't wait to see the book when it's published. I've got another one almost ready, which I'll post tonight.
@Jakill I agree ... and I like it better when I don't look at it as what it was intended to be :).
@Lawrence Thanks! I'll definitely return the favor ... on this blog and my new site.
@Hanna I actually read the post without watching the video, so thanks for pointing it out. Cooper is awesome :).
It looks like it would be raspberry flavored, with just a hint of rose.
I would taste it out of curiosity alone, and I'm not even a coffee person. :)
Do not please vote for it to end. I really do enjoy your leaf in the coffee. It is not your usual drawing.

Hi Guys!
In the coffee float tears that have the form of pain..
Francis designs it's a petal..
Perhaps because the tears shed for love?
;))
Hi Francis, this gives me a welcoming feeling. It looks homely and warm. Superb ! Thanks for sharing.
