Warning: Car thieves winging their way through the ward

I was up North of Howard this afternoon, and witnessed what could be the start of a disturbing new crime wave. Below is the pic I snapped of the perpetrators caught in the act. They may appear harmless, but you'd be surpised at the damage a well placed peck can do to a windshield. I tried calling 911, but the birds flew the coop before I could get through. All of us in Rogers Park need to be on the look-out for these two pidgeon-brained miscreants to prevent further damage to property.
